1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (“the Client”) and Felis Tapas by Felipe Montes Lopez (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in relation to the use of our website and the booking of our catering and event services.

By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Felis Tapas provides catering, private pop-up dining experiences, and hospitality-related services for private and corporate events.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to menus, ingredients, presentation, or service format due to seasonality, supplier availability, or operational requirements.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

  • A booking is only secured once a written confirmation and any required deposit have been received.

  • Bookings are possible via the respective event link in our website or request via email.

4. Payment Terms

  • A full payment via the agreed payment methods is required to confirm the booking.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

  • All payments must be made through the agreed payment method.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

Felis Tapas is not responsible for technical errors or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period and preparation already undertaken.

  • Cancellations 48 hours prior to the event cannot be refunded.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate requested information such as name, number of participants and email.

  • Inform Felis Tapas in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies.

7. Dietary Information & Allergies

While we take care in food preparation, our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, and others.

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us in writing of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. Felis Tapas cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

8. Liability

Felis Tapas shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

  • Damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client

  • Issues arising from third-party suppliers or venues

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or supplier shortages.

In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, menus, and creative concepts remain the property of Felis Tapas.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Reproduce website content without permission

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw website access at any time.

12. Data Protection

Personal information collected through inquiries or bookings will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Felis Tapas operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
